Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy of Friendly LLC

1. This Privacy and personal data protection policy has been developed according to the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “About Personal Data Protection” that comes into Foce on November 15, 2021.

2. While entering electronic note in the contact form on this web-site the User agrees, that his/her personal data will be stored, used and processed in accordance with the terms, mentioned herein.

3. The body, that will make the User’s personal data processing and storage is:

4. The User agrees that his/her following personal data will be processed, used and stored:

4.1. name and surname;

4.2. e-mail;

4.3. other data, that may be provided by the Used in the contact form on the web-site or during further communication with us (for example, data regarding his/her work place, post, the User’s mobile phone numbers).

5. The User’s personal data storage and use is performed by our company for creating clients’ and potential clients’ data base as well as in our current business activities, refferring to sales of goods, performing of works and serivices.

6. Terms of validation of the agreement for User’s personal data use and storage is 10 (ten) years since the moment of their provision and the user’s agreemet for their use. In case if the User will not withdraw his/her agreement before the termination of this term, it can be prolonged by us for one more year with further automatic prolongation for the mentioned period in case if no agreement withdrawal is received from the User.

7. The User agrees that his/her personal data are used as follows:

7.1. they are collected and stored in our databases;

7.2. the data are used for communication with the User;

7.3. the data are used within sales of goods, performing of works and services.

8. In case if personal data is changed by the User, we kindly ask you to inform us about such changes in order to provide their validity and applicability.

9. We perform storage and use of the User’s personal data by ourselves. No personal data transfer will be performed as well as the data transfer for thirde parties using and storage including the withdrawals, mentioned in the cl. 10 hereof.

10. The User agrees herein, that the personal data mabe passed to the following legal entities in case if the User’s request meets their business activities and the purposes, mentioned in the following Policy:

11. Our company takes all necessary organizational and technical measures for the User’s personal data protection from unauthorized disclosure and use.

12. According to the cl.5 Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus «About Personal Data Protection» we inform you about the following User’s rights regarding his/her personal data and about the rights enforcement mechanism:

12.1. The User has right to withdraw his/her agreement at any time without explaining the reasons by means of application sent to our address. The withdrawal doesn’t have back force;

12.2. The User has right to receive information about his/her personal data processing in the amount, mentioned in cl.1 article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “About PErsonal Data Protection”;

12.3. The User has right to require the operator to change his/her personal data in case if the perasonal data are not complete, not valid or incorrect;

12.4. The User has right to receive annually from the operator the information regarding provision of the third parties with his/her personal data;

12.5. The User has right to require from the operator free-of-charge termination of his/her personal data processing including their deleting;

12.6. The User has right to dispute actions (inactivity) and disiciona, breaking his/her rights while personal data processing, by applying to authorized body tha protects the rights of personal data entitites according to procedures, established by the legislation regarding the citizens’ and legal entities’ applications.

13. Performance of the rights, provided by cl.12 of the Policy is made by submision of application that should include the following:

name, patronimic (if any) and surname of the personal data provider,

his/her address,

date of birth of the personal data subject;

ID of the personal data subject. In case if the one is not available – the number of the identification document;

the request of the personal data subject;

personal signatrure or digital signature of the personal data subject.
