This technical training deals with basics of dispatch software TRBOnet Enterprise, functional possibilities and principals of work with dispatch console. Participants of the training will learn to perform launching and calls in dispatch console, to send, receive and forward voice messages, record conversations, send and receive text messages as well as to work with Call and Event history, objects and tools of GPS Monitoring.
