In May 2019 Authorized training center Friendly introduced a new training program for operators of dispatch centers and radio users: “Dispatch software TRBOnet Enterprise. Working with dispatch console”
Brief review
Basis of dispatch software TRBOnet Enterprise, functionality and principals of work with dispatch console are reviewed in technical study program “Dispatch software TRBOnet Enterprise. Working with dispatch console”. Training participants will learn launching and calling in dispatch console, sending, receiving and forwarding of voice messages, recording of conversations, sending and receiving of text messages as well as working with call and event journal, GPS monitoring objects and tools. Besides issues regarding reports, statistics, management and administration will be reviewed in the training.
