TRBOnet Enterprise is a reliable multi-functional dispatch solution, designed for full-functional control of MOTOTRBO radio networks of any topology and complexity. It supports all types of voice connection and data transmission in all systems: IP Site Connect, Capacity Plus, Linked Capacity Plus, Connect Plus and Capacity Max by direct wired or wireless connection radio networks MOTOTRBO interfaces.

This software is designed for creating dispatch systems on IP-protocol basis, that offers a wide range of additional functional modules, that allow adopting the solution to individual requirements. The intuitive graphic interface allows reducing the time for learning and to concentrate dispatchers on really important issues. The IP-nature of this product makes it very flexible and allows sizing it easily in case of new requirements.

VoIP Dispatch console for MOTOTRBO

Dispatcher console TRBOnet meets all requirements of dispatchers’ radio networks. The console offers a wide range of functions and possibilities, that allows a dispatcher to control fully and operate available resources. Voice dispatching includes, but is not limited to, the following functional possibilities:

All types of calls

A dispatcher can receive and provide individual (private), group, system, and emergency calls, it means that all calls are available in MOTOTRBO. The dispatcher sees the activity of all communication channels, it can regulate sound levels for all or separate talk groups or channels.

IP bridge (CrossPatch)

It is a possibility to combine two or more channels or talk groups on a permanent or constant basis. It is made by simple drag-and-drop. Any activity on any cross patched channel is automatically sent to other channels (radio groups), located within the same crosspatch

Marked / unmarked channels

Flexible sound possibilities of TRBOnet dispatch software allow dispatchers to mark main (marked) and secondary (unmarked) channels, thus sanding audio streams to different dynamics and audio accessories, connected to dispatch consoles. For example, the main radio channel “sounds” on personal dispatch speakers, the secondary channels “sound” on the general speakers of the dispatch center, phone calls are automatically directed to dispatcher headset with earpieces and microphone and alarms go to sirens. This all allows understanding easily the priority and source of a call.

Pre-recorded voice messages

TRBOnet dispatch software allows recording voice message before its transmission to the radio network. You can send this message to busy channels and the users will receive it as soon as they will be free. You can also send a voice message to a turned-off radio, the user will receive it as soon as his/her radio will be connected to the radio network. This possibility is the same as voice mail on our mobile phones.

Text in a voice

There is a possibility to convert text messages into a voice one. Text can contain some variables such as, for example, ID radio, name of a street, that will automatically change during conversion. This option can be used together with pre-recorded voice messages, in the unit “Managing of events and alerting”, etc.

GPS/GLONASS monitoring

Monitoring and automatic vehicle location (AVL)

TRBOnet dispatch software with GPS/GLONASS module turned on allows you to track the location and moving of your radio users. Depending on characteristics of your radio network you can renew coordinates of radio users’ location with a time interval of 30 seconds. Users’ location is tracked on the map. If a radio receives and sends coordinates to TRBOnet software, the user’s icon is green.  This all allows a dispatcher to understand immediately where and in what condition the users are located.

Recording and saving of the users’ routes

All routes are recorded and saved in the TRBOnet database. This means that you can always see the moving of the chosen users during any time period. Such reports may be useful for incident investigation.

Dynamic tracking

This mode allows you to track the users’ moving in real time during the last 30 minutes or another time period. Using such route data from the archive with the simultaneous on-line monitoring will give you more complete information regarding your users’ moving.

Geofencing

This is a very popular function, that allows you to mark areas on the map and to set rules for them. For example, there is a region, forbidden for a radion user. In case if he/she appears there, the radio will send an alarm signal to a dispatcher. Besides, you can adjust time intervals and itinerary for the application of different rules.

Advance monitoring with Store-and-Forward technology (Software for optional boards)

The solution of advanced monitoring either with optional boards TRBOnet Swift or optional boards of Motorola Solutions (GOB) allows to provide more frequent updatung of users’ moving coordinates (every 2-5 serconds), even if the users are located outside the coverage are координат передвижения радио абонентов (каждые 2-5 секунд), даже если абоненты находятся вне зоны действия сети.

Indoor monitoring

Indoor monitoring allows tracking your users’ location within the areas where GPS signal is not available or, for example if exact GPS coordinates are not available for some reasons (neighbor high buildings, trees, etc.)

Route control

The route control module allows creating routs and to appoint them for radio users. Each route consists of control points. A control point may be either geographic coordinate or a beacon using for localization of users indoors. Every control point may have its own enter time, service period, etc.

Alarm and event control

Alarm control

Alarm and Event Control module allows automatizing tracking of everyday tasks and signal and alarm supply almost from any source on MOTOTRBO radio, to dispatchers, TRBOnet mobile clients on smartphones or tablets with IOS or Android, to e-mails, mobile phones, etc. Thus you may build fast response scenarios in critical situations, which performing will be automatic, effective and safe and will not require dispatcher’s participation or depend on human factor.

Advanced event and alarm control with the application of optional boards

Event and alarm control allows using bigger functional with applying of optional boards and Swift Event Logic. The radio generates an alarm in case if a user appears in a forbidden area, or it triggers an alarm according to the security modes “fallen man”, “accident detector”, “no movement:, etc.

Advanced monitoring (Store-and-Forward)

A radio, equipped with optional board Swift ST or GOB, collects data about its location every 2-5 seconds, which allows creating travel routes with maximal detailing. Besides the software solution optimizes the data transfer with coordinates and events by means of bundling and messaging with adjustable time periods and thereby reduces the load on the radio channel. In case of communication loss between the radio station and the radio network, all data is also recorded and stored in the memory of the optional board, and will also be transferred to the dispatcher after communication with the radio network is stored.

Integration with phone networks

Telephony is an IP solution that allows radio users to call telephone users and to receive phone calls. The module supports SIP 2.0 protocol for direct communication with VoIP telephony devices.

Mobile client

TRBOnet mobile client is a multifunctional PTT (push-to-talk) application for Android and iOS, that allows integrating smartphones and tablets with MOTOTRBO radio systems. It works like a traditional dispatch console with the possibility of voice calls in PTT, users monitoring on the maps and exchanging messages. The solution allows providing full intercommunication of smartphones with MOTOTRBO radios through 3G, 4G and Wi-Fi networks.

The application supports the following functions:

  • Individual and group calls
  • Emergency calls
  • Test messages (individual and group)
  • Intercome with a dispatcher
  • On-line monitoring of the network users’ location on the map
  • Working with Job Ticket tasks (as a user)

IP cameras

TRBOnet Enterprise supports TCP and UDP cameras. The dispatch console allows catching video stream from all connected cameras in real-time. The cameras may be linked to the map points, radio users or iBeacon. In case of emergency, received from any of these objects, a video stream from related camera will be shown automatically on the separate widow of dispatch console.

Telemetry

TRBOnet dispatch software allows cooperating remotely with the executive devices (to open, close the doors, switch on/off engines, to change access rights, etc.), to receive and process the data from telemetry sensors.

Job ticketing

Job ticketing module is a very convenient and simple solution for effective operating and control over the performance of daily tasks. A dispatcher creates, appoints and tracks automatically all tasks (job tickets) of the network users. After appointing the task, the related radio user can accept, reject or report about the task performance, for example, by means of pushing the appointed button on the radio or by sending a preliminary recorded message. The dispatcher can configure time conditions for executing the tasks, as well as to create reports of the user’s task performance.
